According to every “weight-loss diet plans” , you basically remove either the fat/lipids or carbs. (Which are both a stupid idea). But did you know that all the fats don’t equals ? some are actually healthy !
Your body needs fat , I know how crazy it sounds your body needs it for mental efficiency (manage your mood , fight fatigue …), simply because the brain is composed nearly by 60% of fat, healthy fats are also vital for proper brain development and function. The answer isn’t cutting out the fat, it’s learning to make healthy choices and to replace bad fats with good ones that promote health and well-being.
Unsaturated fats (Monounsaturated fats, Polyunsaturated fats)
Unsaturated fats, are considered beneficial fats because they can improve blood cholesterol levels, ease inflammation, stabilize heart rhythms, and play a number of other beneficial roles. Found in plants like nuts, seeds, vegetable oils, and seafood.
All foods containing fat have a mix of specific types of fats. Even healthy foods like chicken and nuts have small amounts of saturated fat, though much less than the amounts found in beef, cheese, and ice cream also found in animal foods, like meat and butter, as well as coconut and palm oil. Often deemed unhealthy for your heart, but research is equivocal. “Some sources are actually good for us,” says Brianna Elliott, RD, a nutritionist based in St. Paul, Minn.
Trans fatty acids, more commonly called trans fats, are made by heating liquid vegetable oils in the presence of hydrogen gas and a catalyst, a process called hydrogenation. Found in fried foods, baked goods, and processed snack foods.

Avocados are among the best sources of potassium in the diet, even containing 40% more potassium than bananas, a typical high potassium food. They’re also a good source of protein, fiber, and vitamins and minerals like vitamin E, iron, and magnesium. “Pumpkin seeds have been found to be especially helpful for balancing blood sugar,” says Stanford University nutrition scientist Stacy Sims, PhD.

I am really into brogues/chelseas , I think it’s very classy and super feminine to wear “man clothes” or “man-looking clothes” if you know what I mean. Also, I would like to try a stapless dress even though my boobs might not allow me to. Plus, a simple dress and cut out on the shoulders dress I have been loving these lately !
Finally , the high waist jean or “Mom jeans” , I am dying for ! Unfortunately there was another same kind on sale but since I am very slow , there was no more my size 😥 and to be honest I don’t think they will restock them at this price (50% off ).

Beyonce is known for her amazing costumes on stage , she is a true fahion icon , not simply on instagram but on everyday basis. She has that very characteristic kind of costume when she performs , she loves those bodysuit and it’s very nice since she dances. I have always loved her outfits , very sexy , shiny , bodycon Im dying !!! She gets her outfits from the best and most known designer such as Versace, Balmain , Saint Laurent… She is a fashion inspiration and bring up the best out of them.

I was surprised to see more white and colors from Alexander Wang , cute stripes , also lace with Lingerie inspiration which I love. Forward , we see the undemodable Leopard print that keeps coming back each year (with every designer , it’s a timeless piece).
There is a surprising sportswear inspiration thanks to his collab’ with Adidas, either with the male and female collection , the big baggie and sweaters , 90’s colors , pale pink and purple iconic photos on it. I love his ideas of the strings around the waist with silk.
In my opinion , I really love this collection , the collaboration with Adidas changed his style and inspiration , I love it !
